Radon Inspection

Radon is a cancer-causing, radioactive gas that you cannot see, smell or taste. Any home could have a problem with radon, new or old, well-built or not.

Mold Inspection

Molds reproduce in the form of tiny spores; the spores are invisible and float through outdoor and indoor air. Mold may begin growing indoors when mold spores land on surfaces that are wet. Mold will grow on any surface when the moisture, temperature and food source are optimum.

Drain Scoping

A visual inspection with a camera of the main sewer line going from the house to the street. Looking for damage to the main sewer line and overall pipe condition. When main sewer drains are damaged it is normally a very costly expense. We can also scope underground and overhead duct work.

Infrared Scanning

A thermal image of suspicious areas of the home where you are looking for moisture.

Well Water Testing

Water testing checks the quality of well water for bacteria (E. coli, Coliform) and pesticides (nitrates, nitrites) to ensure it’s safe to drink. We also recommend a quantity test to ensure the well produces sufficient volume and operates correctly.
