Newt’s journey began after he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Eastern Kentucky University. In 1996, he founded Fortress Homes, a company specializing in custom home building and design. Throughout the years, Fortress Homes gained a reputation for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.

In 2010, Newt expanded his business ventures and established Total Home Pros, focusing on remodeling projects. With over 250 completed projects, Total Home Pros showcased Newt’s dedication to providing top-notch service and meeting client needs.

Recognizing the increasing demand for professional inspections in the real estate market, Newt founded Ultimate Home Inspections in 2013. His team is dedicated to providing comprehensive and reliable inspections to help clients make informed decisions about their properties. Meet David Lawrence, a veteran with 20 years of service in the U.S. Navy, married for 8 years and a father of five. As a licensed home inspector and drone pilot, he now brings his expertise and dedication to Ultimate Home Inspections, ensuring top-notch inspections.

Nick Brown is a licensed Ohio home inspector with over 13 years of experience in the residential construction trades and has been with Ultimate Home Inspections for two years. He holds certification from AHIT and is interNACHI trained. Nick is also licensed as a WDI inspector, licensed radon tester, and is certified in drain scoping and well and water testing.

Nick takes pride in his ability to use his extensive knowledge and skills to help people make informed decisions about their homes. He believes in being detailed and thorough in his inspections, drawing from his extensive training and being in the United States Air Force.

As a father of two and a homeowner himself, Nick understands the pressures and emotions involved in the home buying process. His military background and diverse construction experience have prepared him well for providing a detailed analysis and making a positive contribution to the community.

Calista Davis is our Customer Care Coordinator at Ultimate Home Inspections, bringing over 15 years of experience in Administrative Assisting-related work. With her real estate license acquired in 2020, Calista combines her expertise and passion for providing exceptional service to our valued customer.

Since joining Ultimate Home Inspections in March 2021, Calista has been an integral part of the team, consistently delivering exceptional service to clients. She takes pride in her ability to connect with people on a daily basis, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with utmost care and attention.

Calista enjoys her role and the remarkable team she works with. She also values the opportunity to collaborate with her colleagues, creating a positive work environment that fosters growth and success.

Outside of work, Calista leads a vibrant personal life. She enjoys playing disc golf and actively participates in an historical re-enactment group, immersing herself in the past. Above all, she cherishes spending quality time with her daughter, family, and friends.

Scott Webb is our Social Media Director at Ultimate Home Inspections and has worked for UHI for 3 years. With over 16 years of experience in administrative support, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with a focus in Marketing Communications and coordinates our marketing and online presence. Scott also designs our flyers and other marketing materials. He values being part of a team that is great to work and collaborate with. Outside of work, he is a loving pet owner and enjoys spending time with his furry companions. Scott has also been married for two years.
